“Went in to test drive a 2020 Tesla Model 3 which unfortunately got sold the day before. Luckily they had another 2020 Tesla Model 3 come in that day and were able to get me in a few hours later for a test drive. They worked with me to get me a great deal as well as getting me a sale price to qualify it for the federal EV tax credit as well as a purchase price below KBB market value. Very nice guys who do not try to pressure you into buying anything like normal dealers do. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a vehicle.”

“Ive voughr 2 cars here and sure they needed some work but I took that in consideration before making an offer. They worked with me fairly. Take in consideration where they are located this area doesn't have a lot of good paying jobs so most of the cars need some work but if you take that in consideration and offer what you feel it's worth they will work with you. Today I purchased a 4x4 jeep from them. It needed a few things fixed and he is going to take care of them for me. I can't afford a new vehicle so when I need one I always start there and will continue to do so.”

Bobby was nice enough to let us park the car in their lot while we found a new tire and he even brought out a jack to get the wheel off and on, making everything much easier on us. “Great SUV. Had it checked out the day after I bought it and Conrads said it was a great vehicle and the only thing it was going to need in the foreseeable future was tires. I was pretty persistent about what price I was going to pay and the salesman at the time (who isn't there anymore) had an attitude about going back and forth with the finance person. Kept asking are you going to let a couple hundred dollars keep you from this vehicle...yes! yes I am. There was also a problem with the title, but that wasn't the dealerships fault. It was that the auction that they bought it from in New York took forever getting the titles, plus during Covid it wasn't easy process. The new staff worked really hard to make sure that I got my title. I bought it the beginning of August and I just got my title. The new staff worked really hard to make sure that I was happy that I had a temporary tags in the meantime. I don't know if the complaints about this place were with the old staff or because you didn't do your due diligence in picking out a car.”

“Kal is great. It's one of the only real "BUY HERE PAY HERE" places around. The other dealers advertise as such then tell you if you don't have a huge down payment that you need to be financed through their bank. If you have credit issues this is the place to go. NO CREDIT CHECK. My new to me car is in great shape. You're buying a used car, it's not going to be perfect. I would buy from here again and recommend to family and friends. Thanks Kal!”
