“For my first experience shopping here, it was excellent. An employee named Sebastian asked if we were looking for anything and after hearing what we wanted, he directed us to exactly what we needed. Within five minutes of entering the store I had everything I needed. Would definitely come back again.”
“I’ve been willing to make the drive from Cincinnati because the service and treatment we receive here is worth it. They always treat us with respect, take the time to help, and genuinely care about their customers. Unfortunately, I haven’t had the same experience with some of the dealers closer to Cincinnati.
We’ve purchased two BlueBird units from them and plan to purchase any future mowers and equipment from them as well. They’ve also taken great care of us on the service side. They got my 32-inch mower back up and running after it blew, and they installed hose drain systems on all of my mowers to make maintenance easier.
As a lawn care business owner, having a dealer that stands behind their customers and takes care of them after the sale is extremely important. The customer service, communication, and support have been outstanding. That’s why I continue to make the trip and will keep doing business with them in the future. Highly recommend.”

“My experience with Ferguson has been absolutely amazing! My water heater busted on Wednesday right before Thanksgiving. The sales team at Ferguson was able to find the replacement water heater I wanted at another store and have it shipped to my local store by Friday! When we arrived at the store to pick it up, the water heater was larger and heavier than I anticipated. The exceptional staff at Ferguson offered to deliver the water heater to my home that day so I didn't have to go the weekend without hot water. The delivery driver followed me home and helped me unload the water heater. Truly outstanding customer service - could not recommend this place more!”

I have been in a lot of places that sell tools, but this one is absolutely amazing.Most places I've been in have been industrial Supply stores which sell some combination of tools and maratime gear and equipment, matching tools, welding tools, fasteners, or cable, chain, and hoses of all kinds. This place has tools, and an amazing selection of tools. These are the kind of tools you need if you work in a vehicle repair shop, or some place that requires quality and specialty hand tools. This is the place you go to buy quality tools at a fair price, instead of a tool truck. This place had more than you would ever find on any tool truck. Simply an amazing store.”

“This is by far one of the best Hardware stores I have ever been to an all 8 states I've lived in. Not only are the staff experts on tools, they ask you what project you are working on and give tips and tricks. Just today Bud Zupp informed me of the blowout valve that might be the issue with my sink. Went down in the basement and there it was!!! It was fixed in seconds!! Highly recommend North Dixie Hardware.”

“I just want to share that Sharon in the plumbing department is an absolute angel! We purchased our first home and of course everything seems to be falling apart! It’s 700 pm on a Saturday night and we get a pinhole leak in our hot water pipe leading to the washer we’re trying to install..we race over to Home Depot in hopes we can fix it ourselves before calling Roto Rooter again!! Sharon was so helpful and kind, we showed her pics of the situation and she shared her knowledge with us. She even took time finding the copper pipe cutter we would need. I hope this makes its way back to you Sharon, THANK YOU!!”
