“I am amazed by the way this apartment complex is ran. The complex is ran with the highest ethical, honest, and all around true professionals. My 1st experience ever living in an apartment and was so worried until I met "wonder woman" YES Cindy is a real life super hero and you just don't meet many like her. I truly appreciate all the ladies at the front office because they bring a standard of accountability that keeps this entire apartment complex clean, nice, and full of good respectful people.The apartment complex provides such a charming and truly a warm home feeling. Honestly I could have chosen any apartment complex but as soon as I met Cindy I knew it was the "right place". Even though it's not a fancy complex, it's real and down to earth. Being humble and kind keeps you grounded.I will always recommend and speak highly about "Charter Woods" This place will always be part of my life that will live on close to my heart. “I lived here for 2 years from 2021-2023 without any issue. Rent is competitive with other apartment complexes and maintenance issues were handled immediately on request. The management team is awesome as well as they take care of any issues and are generally understanding if you give them advance notice. The community is quiet as well. I highly recommend Ashton Brooke as a place to live if you're in the Dayton area!”

“The apartments themselves are modern (newly renovated), quiet, private entrance, and awesome pond views. The maintenance team is extremely fast, all our requests were taken care of within 24 hours- Brad is awesome ! The pool, gym, etc. are great amenities. Everything you could need is within 10 minutes including WPAFB, University, shopping and dining. Shaw Elementary is the school zoned for this area and we absolutely loved it. Julie is also an awesome leasing manager- she goes above and beyond in every aspect. They are military friendly ( we had to PCS before our lease was up and it was a smooth process). Highly recommend! Thanks guys for making our stay an enjoyable one ?”

“Edit: There was a weed smoking neighbor and the issue seems to be dealt with. It was seeping through the wall and making my bedding, furniture, and clothes smell like pot. The apartment manager addressed the issue. I’m changing the review score.If you smoke weed and read this, please do your habit in your vehicle or elsewhere. The smoke goes into your neighbors apartments and it stinks up the place horribly. Lasts for hours before it clears out.”

“We moved here from another housing community in the area that we had a horrible time with from the beginning. When our lease came to an end, we decided to look elsewhere and found Fairfield Lakes! We came to tour the property and met Melissa and Shawn, who both made us feel much more confident in choosing to move into a home here. Melissa also gave us advice for how to handle some of the issues we had moving out of our other property. Since moving in, Melissa has checked in on us to make sure that everything has gone smoothly, and any issues we have had were resolved the day we mentioned them. The homes were recently updated, and also have assigned parking as well as included security systems in the home. The neighborhood around us is quiet and quaint. We love coming home here and look forward to staying a while! Melissa and Shawn make a wonderful team and we are so thankful that they are here!”
