Kenny was the closest mechanic to the location I had pulled over and he helped get me back on the road and to work without calling him I would’ve still been sitting there confused as to why the coolant isn’t reaching the engine. “I have been taking my vehicles to John for about 15 years now, and he is the only one I trust to do honest work on them. My car was having issues late in the evening after most shops are closed, and I made the mistake of taking it to a dealership that was open late. I paid more than I should have for the service and once it was complete, was told that I needed to get another service done on it that was going to cost me $1,800. I reached out to John immediately to get his opinion. He had me bring it to his shop the next day where he confirmed that I did not need the service done that the dealership had tried to tell me was absolutely necessary. Not only that, but IF I had actually needed it done, he would have charged half of what the dealership had told me. John is the most trustworthy,caring mechanic you will find. I highly, highly recommend taking your vehicle to John at Parsons Automotive. I am extremely grateful for him.”

“This place is awsome and are all over town but you just don't realize it. It might be a door at the end of an old Kmart store. You just call the # and the part is at the location you need quickly. The customer service person will tell you where the parts pick up is..The cost is very affordable. I bought a new starter for a volvo for under $130. The parts are not cheap generic parts either. Alot of name brand parts. Highly recommend this place for cost effective parts.”
“The huge thunderstorm knocked a panel off the bottom of my car. Couldn't get it duct taped up, and driving it while it was hanging down from the back, dragging 'forward' didn't appeal at all.I called Speedway as soon as they opened, and they told me to bring it in.
