Tellers are rude and disrespectful. Not only was the teller I had but the Customer next to me was having the same problem with hers. Have had a chase account for over 15 years and have never had problems like at this branch

I had to go in recently for an issue and everyone was prompt, courteous, and professional while helping me resolve the problem . Thank you team Chase !

This bank isn’t open after hours. The card doesn’t work at the door to let you into the ATM in the front.
