“09/28/23 ...I live in one of the apartments on Lakeshore Blvd. I've been unable to leave my apartment since 09/15 due to mobility issues. Today our mail carrier blessed me by bringing my mail to my apartment and leaving it outside my door ....I live on the fourth floor. Just wanted to say thank you and you are truly appreciated. “On this Friday afternoon around 4:30pm I bumbled into the post office looking to ship some items internationally. I really had no clue what I was doing and kept asking the clerks for help. Ms. Lisa, in particular, was extremely patient and helpful, but also to the point with me since I ended up putting her overtime (5:20pm). It made a lot of sense; I was potentially holding something up but I'm so grateful she assisted me regardless. The other gentleman working there was great too. Thank you so much! Merry Christmas”

“The post office here has been around since before my time and then some. Only way of knowing this is because of a stunt man who has been delivering the mail 34-35 years now. Passing biscuits to the neighborhood dogs and staying polished ! He says " no new stunts for me". The best in his line of service from my opinion. Check him out!”
“This is the best post office in the Cleveland area. The staff is always fast, efficient, and friendly and goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service. I've been coming to this post office since 2006 when I moved to Euclid. The only drawbacks is the lobby gets locked up after hours.”

“My husband and I went to this USPS to mail out the passport for renewal,the lady that served us on 9/9/2023 Saturday afternoon around 1 30 pm is super helpful and friendly.She explained everything to help us understand the steps and how stamp fee is calculated, and showed it in front of us.There was a customer before us kept yelling to her about something, but the lady still helped us with smile and patient. We forgot to ask her name but she deserves a 10 star rating in professional and kindness. We didn’t expect to have great service at USPS before, this experience changed our mind.Manager if you can see this, please consider giving that lady a raise. She’s the best person I have ever met at USPS!”
“After being cancelled twice from the Cleveland Heights post office for a passport I scheduled at this location. Tiera was polite, efficient and informative. Very straight forward process. All around great experience.”

“Staff ok. It was hell parking & finding the entrance.I drove round, then lurched round. I use a cane at times & i almost threw myself infront of an oncoming bus to make it stop.”
“Yup five stars… I went in and received the best and most interested worker who went above and beyond. Now let’s talk about the those who deliver to MY address. NO STARS since the young black lady. I do get my mail but not today and yesterday and a few days back I received the new neighbors package. So now I'm expected to get off work just to do their work?!?!? LIES… Oh not only did I not receive my mail the neighbors mail hasn’t been picked up!!! I know who the dude on Carl street delivers to our old and new address with his racist self!!”

“I haven't been to a post office in years, but I went today because I needed a money order, and had to mail two packages.I was pleasantly surprised, after reading the bad reviews of this location.This post office is large and clean. They sell birthday cards, gift cards, and decorative mailing boxes and envelopes, in addition to standard postal products.The staff is friendly and helpful.No complaints here!”

“My mailman is the best mailman ever he's so respectable he tries to meet our needs always communicating when we ask him a question he helps me to find out or tell me what I need To do about situations. When I needed to go out of town he told me I can put my mail on hold. When he is gone I know because he does his job regardless how These ignorant people in my building act he still does his job right the other ones they do whatever don't close the mailbox leave them all standing open mail everywhere I'm glad he don't take it out on the rest of us that do appreciate him because he could do that but he don't. I've been in this building about 10 years and he's been my mailman maybe half of them I don't know but I do know that he's been the same no I don't like in a girlfriend boyfriend way I'm old enough almost to be his mother my son is 40 I'm not just saying this I mean every word I said he is nice and handsome though he's always clean smell good his appearance is professional I'm retired and disabled he will help me if I need it he's one of y'all good ones give him a raise he deserve it working in my building bluestone building B I thank God for him”
