“My son, age 12, was recently certified through Just Add Water and I cannot recommend them and this program more highly! My son started by taking the ground class at the upper campus of University School. It was a week course over the summer. Chris Lucas ran the program and was amazing!!! He connected with the children and engaged them to help foster a lifetime passion for scuba!The in water experience at the quarry took things to an even higher level! I had no idea of what to expect! We had a small group of four students and two seasoned instructors, Chris being one of them! I felt that my son was in the best of hands and never for even a second worried for his safety. Chris and his teammate from Just Add Water, Ben, were incredible! We spent two days at the quietly and at the end, my son left with his certificate, knowledge of scuba, safety and a love of the sport. I am so grateful!I also want to add that Just Add Water was also amazing! The team of professionals who work there are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about scuba. They provided excellent advice about gear and they even gave a trade in program for the equipment my growing son can trade if he outgrows anything we buy.Just Add Water, its courses and in particular, Chris Lucas, are amazing and I feel so grateful to have met them and had them teach my son! You will NOT be disappointed! Check them out and you will be hooked too! Thank you Chris and the entire team!”

“I had a great experience shopping at this particular Nike store. Lee, one of the team leads was very knowledgeable about the Nike products. She displayed patient (difficult wifi service), offered online services and was very kid friendly. As we know it is hard finding good customer service. For example, my son and I left great service at the Nike store to being ??across the street at another retail store. We spent about 6 minutes in that store. There was 2 associates ( one behind the register who appeared to be scrolling on the phone and the other one straighten up). Not ONE time did they acknowledge us. Did I mentioned we were the only 2 customers in the store? With that being said, I explained to my 12yr old son DO NOT PATRONIZE A BUSINESS WHO DON'T ACKNOWLEDGE YOU when you're in their establishment. Let's get back to quality customer service. Thanks Lee, for making our Nike shopping experience great ? ?”

She was exceptional in her customer service as well as the other individual who was not working with us. We traveled two hours to find this foot locker.”
“I just realized when I was using googlemaps GPS that this place had a <4 star rating. It seems like the store had issues back then. Regardless of what you think about the company stockholders making changes to quality of clothes or their warranty policy, the actual store itself does not warrant a low score. Everytime I go the employees are extremely kind and can answer my information questions, offering to put in orders for items they don't have, etc. The one thing I will say though: it IS a smaller lululemon location. I'm not sure what the average size is supposed to be, but be advised that niche items you are probably better off ordering online.”
