“Just came in for a torx bit and the gentleman who helped me who sounded like maybe he was the owner was super kind! Said he’s been here for 17 years, I hope he’s here for 17 more!”
“Twice, we had to take our edger in for repair. They had it fixed and returned, especially the 2nd time, very quickly. They explained the problem and we were happy with their communication.”
“Needed some washers for a broken tablet stand and a screw for my shed handle. Jennifer helped me get in and out very quickly. It would've taken me an hour to figure out the sizes I needed. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Highly recommend!”
“Local Hardware with a lot of selections for older homes that the modern big stores don't have and they try and give you help with some ways to help you solve a problem”

“These guys know tools like I know my wife (way more than i'd ever admit to any of my buddies because i want them to think that im the same as them, but im actually a very good listener and i know that listening and participation in our marriage will be one of the most crucial, key characteristics for a very prosperous future with good fortunes and the overwhelming, continuous exchange of shared blessings between our families, our friends families, and those who happen to cross-paths with us, even for just a short time).”
“Stan is the man! Hardware recommendation, metric vs standard, correcting my harebrained diy project ideas 🤪. Patient, kind, experienced. You are the man, Stan!”
“Always excellent customer service. They walk you right to the item you’re looking for and make wise suggestions. I like going there instead of the big box stores. They’re more personal like small town hardware stores used to be. And being right in the center of town, it’s easier than driving to the big stores. I hope this store never closes. A+++ from me.”

“Needed multiple screens done for an section8 inspection I had them use an existing screen to make them but it had a bend in it that made the measure come out wrong. I took them back and Alex helped me get them done asap. They were recommend by a friend and I see why”
“Searched everywhere for an old American Standard shower diverter. Noel's was literally the only place in the country that I could find that could get it. They texted when they acquired it and shipped promptly. Great service.”
“Can't get more history than this place for the queen city. One of the oldest hardware store since 1893. Loved the personal attention you get visiting these mom and pop stores.
This place has a lot of character and history.
The wood work and wood organizers are just beautiful.”
“The staff was kind and helpful. Although the store didn’t have the cabinet hinges we needed, they spent time explaining what to look for and made recommendations of other businesses to check.”
“I just wanted to say thank you to Daniel and Corey for helping me out today. I just bought a 3500 predator generator and I couldn’t get it to work. They helped me unload it, empty the gas out of it, exchange it and reload it up. Thank you very much for helping this girl out.”
“Had to return a trash can lid, with only my bank statement, because I lost my receipt...No big deal....And it wasn't a big deal for them...The nice Lady manager, came over to help the cashier...Smooth sailing...Great place to shop, only wish it was closer to my house 👍”
“We bought new toe stripping for our kitchen cabinets. We don’t own a table or circular saw and didn’t want to purchase one for such a small job. Lowe’s, Home Depot and Hyde Park Lumber all refused to make the six needed cuts as it hadn’t been purchased there. WHAT! Silverton Hardware did the job quickly and for an amazing price. Always check this little neighborhood gem first!”
“Had the supplies I required 2 minutes from the job. Did pay a premium for the materials but well worth the time saved driving to Home Depot or Lowes. Quick trip. Clutch”
“Easily the best local hardware store you could want. Might not have everything a big chain does, but I've yet to go in and find out they didn't have what I needed. The workers are extremely helpful as well”
“Just got off the phone with Troy, and he was fantastic. Even thought Blue Ash Industrial Supply did not specialize in what we were looking for, Troy was able to give qualified advise on where we can find help.
I highly recommend this family owned business.”

“Customer service was great they go by appointments only so don't get here early due to very limited parking. The parking lot can get tight with all the cars but if you know what you're doing it's not a problem. Unloading time took an hour and It's one way in an out if you have a 7:15 am appointment you can park here overnight in dock 3 or 4 if it's available.”
“Kevin is premium help when it comes to any type of project or service you need to complete. If he doesnt know the answer he's honestly going to tell you and still try to help anyways.”
“Never knew these folks were here/there. Really wasn't the type of business I needed, but no matter. The gentleman stopped what he was doing, so as to help me find the correct info, for the best solution. I was happy to have found such a place, with such genuine and helpful people. Thank you sir.”
“McCabe is the best place to buy all your grilling and backyard cooking appliances. I have a Weber, a Traeger and now a Gozney Arc Pizza oven. There was a problem with my ignitor on the Gozney and Andrew was a true gentleman worked with me to resolve the issue. Great customer service. I have bought all my backyard appliances and day-to-day hardware needs from them. Andrew and the team are top-notch. Don't go to a big BOX, go to McCabe.

“I was in there at least 4 times to buy plumbing supplies. Everytime I went in, there was a nice employee to help me find things and answer questions. The store is well organized and stocked, as well as really clean. Feels like an old-school hardware store. I always have a pleasant experience with each visit.”
“About 2 months ago I went in needed screws for a table that had no directions. I did not even know what screw size I would need. I brought in pictures, and Sean and Gary were able to tell me what size screws each part of my table would need! I never would have assembled it if it wasnt for them. Their knowledge helped make my experience so easy!!!”
