The ladies working were really friendly and helpful. Even when I called on the phone beforehand I was surprised at how pleasant they were. I had to wait a long time while they cleaned a car for me though otherwise I would have left five stars. Nice people, great service, have been a few times now and the cars are always clean and in awesome condition. They have even offered free upgrades a couple of times. Will always try Fairborn Budget before anywhere else.

This is the only Budget I will rent from. Ashley & Alyssa are so wonderful and so helpful every year I rent a car for vacation. They really take good care of me. I highly recommend this Budget in Fairborn.
