“Holy hell, why is the drive thru service slower than McDonald's on Kauffman? 6 cars behind and ive been waiting in line for over 20 minutes and its only moved up one. It's slower than the Taco Bell on Broad street after 7pm. Just like Taco Bell, it feels like you can't escape the drive thru line but you can at CVS. Its just if you go inside, it's still just as slow and theres no one in line. Like are yall grabbing 20 different medications for one person? Is your organization skills just not there? Who is not preparing things correctly in a timely manner? I'm here to pickup one medication and yea, its after 5pm but you don't have enough people in there after 5pm to keep the business flowing smoother? People typically cant pickup medications during the day before 5 because people are actually working surprisingly, just not at CVS.”
