Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at Lowe’s. Hudson went above and beyond; he was incredibly patient while I figured out which EGO mower to buy and made sure to remind me about the bonus free battery offer without rushing me at all. He even helped load the very heavy mower into my SUV in the rain, which really stood out. We did have to drive about 30 minutes since none of the closer stores had this model in stock, but the level of service we received made it completely worth it. Huge thanks to Hudson for making what could’ve been a stressful purchase so easy.”
