I have been getting labs drawn from this location for several years and have never dealt with this level of poor customer service. The person checking me in immediately started in about my Nurse Practitioner being on a list made by Western Medicine of Do Not Draw. I told her I had been getting labs done for years here and didn't understand the issue. She said Western Medicine had sent a list over and my physician must have made them mad. She must have left the facility and needed her own account. I told her she left years ago but was still affiliated. She said well I just cannot do anything. I again told her that I was just in a few weeks ago and had no issues. She asked what my physician ordered and I told her there were several, probably thyroid. She said well I will do it this time but you have to get your physician to sort this out. She begins to call out EVERY order that was in, in front of the group of people waiting. She then says "Wow it says here that after insurance you will have to pay $222". My insurance ALWAYS covers in full but it says this every time I go. She had no right to tell the entire building what labs were being drawn or the cost of my labs. When I got to the back for the draw, there was a familiar face. I explained to her what had happened. The front desk employee heard me and came bursting in while she was preparing to draw my blood. Showing her the paper and why she did what she did. The young lady pulling my blood explained that it has never been an issue. The woman left and the draw was completed. I tried to contact Labcorp customer service and was blown off and put back into the automated system after holding. When I got to work and looked the picture I had taken of the letter, it stated REGARDING WESTER MEDICINE PATIENTS. So if the employee had read this correctly, all of this could have been avoided. I am not a Western Medicine Patient. The young lady drawing my blood was and always is amazing. The two ladies that are regularly checking me and doing the draw are top notch ! This fill in person, not so much. Is this not a hipaa violation? If this person continues to be a fill in at this location, I will not be returning.

When I physically go there, everything is fine. But when trying to call, no one ever answers the phone. You shouldn't have the same person being the desk receptionist and the person drawing blood. Poor customer service.

My doctor ordered 5 tests, all blood panel tests including TESTS for only MALES were completed and illegally sent to my insurance company for payment, not following my doctor's order. This happened in April of 2023. My doctor has contacted Labcorp 3 times being told it would be corrected and I would only be billed for the tests he ordered. I have since called 4 times and 3 or of 4 times spoke with someone foreign, telling me something different each time and placing me on hold for HOURS.

Place is nice and clean, the employees were pretty nice. I would give them 5 stars but I think the wait was to long for no one being a head of me. Then it took forever to get my results back.

Worst experience I have ever had with a laboratory testing company. When I arrived, they could not find my bloodwork order in their system for a good while. Then they had me check in on the computer, which I didn't mind. It scanned my insurance card and asked for other details...no problem. Then they said they found my paperwork for the requested tests and called me to come back to the lab room. The nurse practicioner we to her computer to print out the labels for the viles, but could not find my lab request. She called to the people up front for help. They came back and then fiddled with the computer and said they were going to have to manually enter my insurance information into the computer. She took my insurance card and started entering the information into the computer. After that, she reached for a bunch of viles which I thought was odd since I was just there to have one thing tested. They drew the blood and said I was good to go. One month later, I receive an invoice form them for over $500 for 5 additional blood tests that were not requested by me or by my doctor. I refused to pay and they said to have my doctor call to straighten it out. I had my doctor verify and he did not request any of the additional tests they had performed and the labcorp rep said they would take care of it. A month goes by and the invoice is still out there, then two months, then 4 months and now after multiple rounds of phone calls and talking to people at labcorp, we are in month 5 with the invoice still out there and past due notices coming in the mail for services neither I or my doctor requested. I have very good insurance and have NEVER had to pay for bloodwork tests in the past and believe me, I have had these tests before. I don't think they even know how to submit an insurance claim correctly. Avoid this company at all costs. Get your bloodwork done elsewhere if you can.

I have had such positive experiences at this location. The first times I went I had Monica and she was amazing. Very comforting when I was a bit anxious and let me lay down during the blood draw. Today I had Caroline and she was just as great! Super calm, attentive, and encouraged conversation during the draw, knowing I was anxious...again! ? I would highly recommend this location and specifically these two amazing ladies.

My daughter had a salvation test for hormones she had to do. This test had to be done on a weekend while she was home all day. The doctor called to get the results to find out they threw the test away because there was no times on it. All the times were on the test kit where they belonged. This is someone not wanting to do their job. Very sad. I would hope corporate will look into this. She now has to do the test again.
