The lady who took my blood test today went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. Because of her prep work, she was able to get me on the first attempt. It usually takes multiple attempts to get my blood.

This location is always clean and efficient. Sarah was absolutely amazing at the desk and performing the tests.

When I physically go there, everything is fine. But when trying to call, no one ever answers the phone. You shouldn't have the same person being the desk receptionist and the person drawing blood. Poor customer service.
