“I had the best experience and help from Charity in labcorb. I have been since Tuesday at Springfield regional trying to get a urine culture done and everytime they said they didn’t have it, on day 3 they told me it was at Kettering labcorb in Springfield. They close at 4 and I showed up later and she stayed to help me out and to get the orders faxed over to here so I could get it done.”

“I came to this location after a different place (not related to LabCorp) administered the wrong blood test series. I have gone to a couple in Cincinnati and had wonderful experiences so I thought I’d try up here, too. I was greeted by a very sweet and knowledgeable lady at the front desk. She was also the one that did my blood work. Luanne, you were very sweet and nice to talk to. Thank you for your help during this process! Very painless and made me feel so comfortable. I drove 30 minutes up here and was absolutely not disappointed. Highly recommend this location!!!”
