“Outstanding experience. Easy check in. Pleasant staff. I am used to having blood drawn but I still get a little anxious. The phlebotomist was very pleasant, efficient, and patient which made the visit great!”
“The staff at LabCorp Walgreens in Beavercreek was excellent. They answered the phone I drove from the LabCorp in Huber Heights as I walked out of my appointment that I had been waiting over an hour already and these guys got me right in. Recommend 10 out of 10.”
“Ta'Rae (5652) was the most skilled phlebotomist I have ever encountered, she listened to me when I said that the veins in my arms were not ideal and it was the least painful blood work I've ever had done. Also, please update this address on Google, y'all!”
“I’ve been to this location twice and have been extremely pleased with the help I’ve received. The first time, I was unable to actually have my lab work done due to an error on my doctor’s part but the receptionist tried her best to help me out - even contacting two different locations for my doctor so that I didn’t have to just leave and reschedule. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty.
The second time I went, I was able to actually get the work done and talk about a stellar crew! Although I didn’t have an appointment, and there were 8 people ahead of me when I arrived, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. It would have been even faster but the first two gentlemen had issues with their orders, and again, the receptionist went above and beyond to help them.
Everyone I’ve encountered there has been helpful, efficient, and kind even when others (the patients) didn’t necessarily reciprocate. I encourage patients to remember that the workers are at the mercy of the doctors writing the orders and the insurance companies. These workers have a thankless job - we should all be appreciative that they are willing to do it.”
“The lady who took my blood test today went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. Because of her prep work, she was able to get me on the first attempt. It usually takes multiple attempts to get my blood.”
