“Wonderful experience. Great owners, very kind. Whole process was quick and easy. Cheaper than other ones around and you can drive up to the door of the units! (Except the smallest ones, but they’re still outside accessible you just have to walk your stuff to them from the side) 24/7 access. Would definitely use them again”
“This is the only storage facility I’ll use. I won’t do large chains anymore. Highly recommend, but please don’t ruin them. 🙏”

“Great experience with this company. The ladies assigned to packing did a good job and were very helpful. The crew assigned to pick up my move were Frank, Joe and Brandon and they were amazing! Very professional, friendly, and they worked very efficiently. Would definitely recommend this crew!”

“Had a question about a 5th wheel in the back of my truck and whether it could be converted to a goose neckthey let me come in and showed me exactly what could be doneand had the product at a reasonable pricevery helpfulall of this took about 15 minutes”
“What an amazing experience. 3 young men took care of moving some large items for my mother. They were prompt, polite and efficient. The checks during and after the move were fantastic. Booking was a breeze. Thank you so much!”
“There was an issue at first because Uhaul scheduled my pickup for when they were closed. The owner rushed back from an eye appointment to assist me. I would absolutely rent from them again.”
“I recently had the pleasure of using U-Pack for my cross-country move, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
The customer service team is exceptional. They were incredibly helpful, providing clear and detailed information about the moving process. Their willingness to go above and beyond to answer questions and offer valuable tips was truly appreciated.
The pricing is transparent and competitive, with no hidden fees. I loved being able to track the trailer's location daily, which helped me coordinate local movers for unloading efficiently.
The driver who delivered and picked up the trailer was professional and courteous, and the local service centers were equally helpful. Overall, U-Pack provided an outstanding moving experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a move.
Thank you, U-Pack, for making my move so much easier!”
