Mission accomplished! Taylor was very personable and totally professional. Huston looks great. Now we’ll let her tackle our 4 1/2 month old poodle breeder”

“I was there today, around 4:45 pm. Every employee was amazing. I just came in for a litter box, but the employee walked me over and even showed me a corner litter box, which I've never seen! I was excited because my one kitty had to have a litter box on every level of our house and this was perfect! And it was on sale! The employees were so sweet and nice, this is where I'm getting everything from now on. And it's so close to my house. And I saw a lizard that I've been wanting so I'll will be back tomorrow. Thank you so much for being amazing!”

“The most amazing manager works here. My tow truck had issues and I was stuck in the parking lot, she came out and asked if I needed anything, loaned me a wrench and I was able to get back to Colorado. All the employees were so kind and were rooting me on. Made me want to move to this town. This store has heart ❤️!!”

“Extremely friendly staff. The initial rep who welcomed me explained she was new, but she assured me that if I had any questions, her colleague would be knowledgeable. I did have a few questions regarding clearance items and they were explained with ease. The initial rep was very apologetic that she didn't have the answers and I explained that .."we all have to start somewhere."Great Team Work And They Both Seemed To Value Their Job! That's a huge WIN/WIN for both the store and the customer?”

“The girls in here are super nice, they carry supplies and have animals like tortoises,ferrats,cats,birds and hamsters. I was super happy I stopped by because they employees are knowledgeable and nice. They also have everything for aquariums which is exactly what I needed. I got to meet Ivan the Russian tortoise, he was so cute I’ll include a photo! I highly recommend.”

“Best dog I ever bought was from here in 2003. Just bought another after searching several Ohio breeders... one who doesn't let you even touch your animal until you pay in full. Better health guarantee here than the Ohio breeders I found. But my vet did say they vaccinate too early despite the vet calling them directly to suggest waiting a bit. And I really don't appreciate haters shaming me for doing my research and going with Fetch in the end. Do what's best for your family/budget in terms of where you shop, rescue and adopt. For what I wanted to bring home and when, Fetch was my choice. No buyers remorse so far.”
