“I found a new UPS Store where they will meet you at the door , box or bag and label your package if you have the label to put on it. Other UPS and USPS will tell you they don't provide that service and the UPSP in Englewood one time rudely pushed the items back the clerk told me it wasn't her job. Not here, they take pride in providing service to you .”
“Crown is a great place to work. I have been working here for over 7 years and upper management cares about their employees and tries to take care of them. So as long as you have a good work ethic and great attendance you can move your way up the organization. “Went to the UPS store #2659 in Huber Heights to return an Amazon Package. I was expecting to have to fill out paperwork and several minutes. I was surprised that I was in and out of the store in about a minute. This is my store for returns to Amazon.”

“Every time I go to this store, the staff go above and beyond to help me. Today I attempted to return three packages. The gent at the counter printed all my return labels for me, taped my boxes up and let me know I needed to take two of them to fed ex drop off. He got my fed ex boxes all ready and gave me directions to tge drop off.
I spent 2 dollars. I want to give him a tip for being so helpful!”
