They need to do away with this ridiculous way of being serviced. No tellers, you have to login just to make a deposit or withdrawal and today, like other days since they went stupid, I went in and stood for five minutes while two people were talking personal BS and not paying any attention. Entered the bank, no greeting received. The teller stands were vacant, and there were no instructions on where to stand for assistance; a fellow customer had to guide me. This experience was disappointing, and I won’t be returning to this bank. Considering exploring alternatives due to this unfortunate encounter
