Josh and his team stayed later to complete the work on my truck so that way I could have it for my vacation. I would highly recommend Car Star in Fairfield Ohio to anyone! Thank You Josh and team!!!”

“Here's We were traveling from Michigan to Ohio when we started having car troubles. Unfortunately, we had to turn back, but the situation became even more stressful when multiple repair shops either overcharged us or refused to help. Then we found this store, and it was a completely different experience. He immediately understood our situation, fixed the issue in just five minutes, and didn’t even want to charge us! His kindness and honesty were truly rare to find. If you ever need a trustworthy mechanic who genuinely cares about helping people, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!”

“Neeko and the Jeff Wyler team did a fantastic job from start to finish! I had stopped by the dealership 2–3 times before making my purchase, and every time, he was quick to answer my questions and always made me feel welcomed. He even remembered me when I came back, which really stood out to me. Neeko went above and beyond by bringing in the exact vehicle I was looking for from a sister location and getting everything ready for me very quickly. I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and assistance throughout the entire process. I also want to thank everyone else at the dealership who helped make my purchase such a smooth and positive experience. Awesome job, Neeko! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!”

“I needed some body work done on my 1969 MACH 1 and contacted Rod after reading up on his business reviews. After speaking with him, I brought the car in for an estimate, Rod was very informative and helpful and gave me a FAIR estimate. He scheduled me for a drop off date since the car was drivable and was ready to start on the agreed upon date. He had the car done on time, schedule and on budget. I would highly recommend Rods and will be back any time I need something.”

“The absolute best body work anywhere. Butch is an expert and won't let any insurance company get away with paying for anything less than perfect repairs (many shops let the insurance companies push them to re-use parts that shouldn't be re-used) I've been unfortunate enough to take work to Butch many times and every one has ended up being a pleasurable experience.”

“I've dealt with this place and their scratch and dent company semi connected a few times now. And I have to say their prices are right in the middle.....their customer service is good..... people I've spoken to were helpful and pleasant. Their workmanship has held up so far and I do recommend their shop. I'll be using them in the future if it happens again(accident)”
