The project was complex because there was uncertainty about whether the original glass panels could be removed without additional deconstruction, which could have significantly increased labor costs. Instead of taking that risk, they provided a thoughtful solution: testing one panel first so I wouldn’t be committed to an unknown expense. That approach truly showed how much they cared and gave me great confidence in their work. Throughout the process, they were communicative, punctual, friendly, and genuinely curious about finding the best solution. I would hire them again without hesitation—they were an excellent choice.”
