“Went in the store with my dads phone. I had no idea how to fix it. The representative was so nice & she couldn't figure it out right away & called another employee & between the 2 of them they got it fixed. I really appreciate that since she didn't know the answer to the problem she called someone else instead of just blowing me off or trying to sell me another phone. I don't remember her name but thank You!! She's at the Fairfield Store on Rt 4 in Fairfield, Oh. ??”

a Budget and Trisha helped me get a nice affordable phone with case and screen protector. As for the service, it's 50/50. I have to turn on airplane mode to reset the data because the internet doesn't want to work for some reason and I've had some calls drop as well. It may be the 5G UC. Not sure, but 4G works better to me.”
