I've gone to Kroger and I've always had bad experiences, I never got exactly what I needed or people were out of things so he got my entire order correct, and even helped me put things into my trunk. “Being unhappy with my current provider, it was suggested to me that I go to the local Verizon store and speak with the manager there, David Denning for help In purchasing a new phone.I went in on Saturday and even though it was very busy, he was Knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. He took the time to help me choose a phone, decide on a plan and set up my payments , all the while, explaining all the different features that were available. I was very pleased with his help and especially his patience while explaining to me the different function functions of the phone. I would definitely definitely recommend Verizon and especially Mr. Denning for anyone who is looking to purchase a new phone.”

“We had Caleb as our Geek Squad tech for my Apple phone that had problems. He wasn’t able to fix it, because the diagnostics said nothing was wrong. But he really worked with us trying to fix the problems. And there is definitely problems. They just don’t show up in the diagnostics. But that is not his fault. He was very personable, and very apologetic, that he couldn’t give me a new phone.”
