They have some parts in house but they can quickly get what you need. 9 years ago they didn’t take my insurance and I had to use the national company for a new wheelchair. “I’ve been on CPAP for nearly 2 years. I went through 6-8 mask changes until I found one that was comfortable and I was able to get a good night of sleep. I have a severe cervical spine injury so I can’t have pressure on the back of my neck.I use a N30i pillow.Last week I received an order with a different N30i pillow and it’s been painful, difficult to adjust and I haven’t had a decent night of sleep. The pain has been to my nares.Last night, I put on the older pillow (after tossing and turning for 4 hours) and fell asleep.How can I get the older version of this pillow?I don’t know how much research was done on the newer pillow but clients should have had input.myAir scores have dropped from 95-100 to 80. All the points off have been due to repositioning the pillow over 20+ times a night.”
