“I was very skeptical that professional orthotics would make a difference. However I was wrong as these have made a world of difference on my flat feet and pronated ankles. I would highly recommend spending the money and get a custom made pair of orthotics”
“My 81 year old mother (who has spinal stenosis) and I were looking for a recliner to relieve her now constant back pain. We walked into Med Mart with a basic idea of what she needed. Andre was our service rep and he was awesome. He showed us 2 models and explained the differences- even discussing the warranty of each brand. He had my mom
sit in both a small and medium recliner/lift chair because she was right on the cusp for either. Andre went over the features of each brand and showed my mom how to use the remotes. And then he patiently answered our questions as we went back and forth several
times testing the chairs to make sure mom
took home the one that was most comfortable for her. Andre never tried to up sell us or pressure us into buying anything.

“I don’t understand all these negative reviews. I am guessing, these are the result of dealing with corporate and/or the supply company that Lincare uses and not this actual location. As for the Middletown location, I have an nothing but positive experiences dealing with them. Everyone, no matter who you talk to at that location is friendly and very customer service oriented. As a matter of fact, I feel like they go above and beyond. They have helped me with my cpap and cpap supplies, as well as getting my training scheduled in a timely manner. I really appreciate them and everything they have done. “Not sure what these reviews are about but i have in home service for my mother's oxygen concentrator. The unit went down suddenly blown pump and i freaked out since she cant be without. Jaqueline(spell?) is awesome and got the teams chat fired up and our tech raced right over within the hour to swap it out. Great people directly, but answering service leaves a bad taste if they are busy.”
