The representative was so nice & she couldn't figure it out right away & called another employee & between the 2 of them they got it fixed. I really appreciate that since she didn't know the answer to the problem she called someone else instead of just blowing me off or trying to sell me another phone. I don't remember her name but thank You!! She's at the Fairfield Store on Rt 4 in Fairfield, Oh. ??”

“Once again, they managed to fix my husband's phone.So i'm happy about that, but it still seems to be having some airs just like before.I don't know if maybe it's a software with the hardware or what god talk to.The guy also bought a gang system for my daughter.There works great and bought a controller for me.The buttons are a little sticky.My husband's gonna try and fix that.But fifty bucks for xbox, one x controller ain't bad.”
