“I will be taking my vehicles here from now on! I have been using Valvoline for years, however this site specifically truly made the difference. When everything was going wrong, Gerald (manager) made things right. My car needed its typical oil change, however it started overheating on my drive to the shop. To make matters worse, my car's hood release latch broke when we tried to open the hood to begin work. When I told Gerald about the car overheating and how I desperately needed things looked at, he had me drive over to the mechanics next door to get things going. They were able to get the hood opened and Gerald blessed me with a complimentary oil change and refilled the car's coolant as well. He took care of literally everything in such a timely and professional manner. We were all stressed out this morning (I mean who wants to start their day like this..I was his first customer to add to it) but he and his crew did not let that affect them. I had 3 kiddos in the car with me, but they didn't even notice the chaos happening around us because everything was taken care of so quickly! So huge kudos and thanks for this Valvoline and crew specifically. Sometimes its the little things that keep us going (:”
