“Our van died on the side of the road. We called AAA and had it towed to the service center. Jeff was great! He told us they would prioritize looking at our vehicle since we were traveling. Jason called us the next day and have us the bad news. Unfortunately, our engine seized up and our van was a loss. But the care a service were outstanding!”

“Just as a heads up, purchasing warranty on tires purchased only lasts the life of the tire so to speak. Had a blow out so I came in since I had warranty....well it still cost me $42 to purchase WARRANTY for the REPLACEMENT tire. What sense does this make???? Warranty is not meant as normally defined just a heads up. Idk maybe I'm just not up to date with society now.”

“I can never say enough good things about Tim and his team. I have been a customer of his since he opened the shop. He is always fair honest and completely trustworthy. If he says something is wrong or needs to be replaced and what I love about him is that if something does not need fixed he tells you that as well and does not jack up the price. Recently over this Christmas my wife and I were in town visiting as we have moved away from Cincinnati area on the trip here a rattle started unexpectedly on my4Runner which Corey one of the mechanics diagnosed as a heat shield rattling. In minutes in was taken care of and fixed. He fit me in as a walk in and got me back on the road. So appreciated his team doing that for me. God bless you and everyone at Mr. Godwrench!”
