“My 2020 Honda Civic needed 30,000 mile service. From past experience with dealerships, I know this service is expensive. I needed an oil change and radiator flush. From records maintained by Valvoline, I was told no air or cabin filter replacement or transmission fluid replacement was needed. My tires were wearing evenly so tire rotation was not necessary until my next visit. I really appreciated eliminating services which were not required - a cost savings! I also had a 20% off coupon up to $35. The service was conpletely in just a little over 35 minutes. I am very pleased with Valvoline Instant Oil Change.”

“Just as a heads up, purchasing warranty on tires purchased only lasts the life of the tire so to speak. Had a blow out so I came in since I had warranty....well it still cost me $42 to purchase WARRANTY for the REPLACEMENT tire. What sense does this make???? Warranty is not meant as normally defined just a heads up. Idk maybe I'm just not up to date with society now.”
