“I recently went to the UPS store to get some copies made for our Labor Day Poker Game. I explained to Aaliyah what I needed to do, and this girl did not hesitate. She knew exactly what I needed before I even told her. Not to mention, I came in at 630 when they close at 7. She didn’t even hesitate to help me, and get it all done right away for me. The best part was she did it all with a smile on her face. She was kind, friendly, and I appreciated her being so sweet. She could have made me come back the next day, and I appreciate her valuing my time. I will be coming back for all of my office needs. Thank you Aliyah for making a task I thought would be difficult so very simple! You made my day a little easier. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars.”

“Pretty good you check in in a link via phone i arrive 3 hours before appointment got a door 3.5 hours to load check out on a link as well pick BOL at security guard they will put seal if you’re load required simple place big enough to maneuver”

April greeted me with a smile, helped me set up the returns and I was in and out of the store in just a couple of minutes. She was so friendly and helpful. I called the store twice, left voice-mail with no response. Haley, the manager got my message and finally called me back. She was very helpful in rerouting the packages to our condo. The warranty company could not help me because they would not read the receipt in there own database. went to staples to get a reprint and they could not help me. So Garrett and Harry got me a new chair and a new warranty so if anything happens to the new chair i am covered. 100% great customer experience. Will go here for anything computer related.”

“I've been going to this store for years and I've never had an issues. The employees are fast, informative, and polite. I also like how their hours are consistent (I've had this problem with other locations) and their different services (self amazon returns, computer, printing, etc.) are always up and running. I would recommend this UPS to everyone.”
