“I called in to extend my stay but the clerk said that they were all booked up and there is someone that blocked my room specifically, later I found out after I had packed that this is not true, I had checked the night before and there was vacancy for the next day, I was going to stay another night.
The girl was impolite over the phone and quite rude, I did into account I called the front desk when a lot of people were checking out and she was under stress.
When I checked out I mentioned that you are all booked up now, and she replied No we are not, then I proceeded to tell her that I called down about 10am and you said that the hotel was fully booked, then she said that that had changed in the last few minutes, but I kept checking and there was vacancy even the night before.
The front desk operators need to realize that there are people like me that travel quite extensively and logistics is very important, and given the wrong information can make a travelers day good or bad when traveling and making travel arrangements.
She did say I can extend only after my bags were packed and I had made other arrangements.”

“I stayed here for my birthday last year 2023 in June as a surprise weekend with my girls. The whole experience was great! The hotel the food the pool. I would suggest this hotel to any of my family or friends for sure. Also recently with another couple I went and had kids lunch at the hotel about Feb 2024 and couldn't have been happier. In fact I had wanted a drink but I'm not a big drinker and only like fruity stuff so the server / bartender said she had something perfect for me and made me one of the best fruity drinks I ever had, everyone at the table saw mine and they all wanted one :-). Great staff and beautiful hotel, I think it's the best one here in my little city of Akron, OhioFood & drinks: When my daughter's and I stayed we got a breakfast ticket and OMG don't pass it up, you can take it in the morning to the food area and basically get anything made for you fresh and hot not like other places where everything's just already out, welllllll worth it for sure!! And if you like fruity drinks ask the bartender for her fruity special, I can't remember the sweet young lady's name... Star or something ...but best service for sure!!”
“what a beautiful property! the kids enjoyed the pool and "fancy" hotel dinner :) i had a follow up question after the stay and Amanda with Sales and Melissa with the Front desk were beyond helpful! so the experience before, during and after the stay was 10 out of 10! thanks to your whole team for what they do! that's what brings repeat guests and brand loyalty! -Becky”
“Great place, my friend stays here, nobody bothers them really. Some weirdos living around but just avoid them and you're good. Little overpriced for the rooms tho imo. Tvs are very small”
“Needed a place for the night this was super cheap and they rent by every 4 hours which I haven't heard of and hourly rate si ceni was a kid running around with random girls? Why the pirn channels tho ! Guess I k how what this place is for!!”
“A 1980s grand hotel. It is worn. It has your uncles internet service and cell phone capabilities. It is in desperate need of a 5G overhaul. If comfortable beds and friendly staff are what you require, then this is the place for you.
Walkability: A Mall, a big mall is right across the street.”
“I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Stow :) It’s a clean hotel and the service is great.Shannon was especially helpful - he looked high and low for a Band-Aid when I needed one and was very kind.I highly recommend this hotel!”

“This hotel was our base for a week long car tour. They could not have been more accommodating. What a great group of people. My understanding is that this hotel, the holiday inn next door and the Galaxy in between are all under the same ownership and all worked together to make our stay memorable. Thanks so much
Nearby activities: The Galaxy restaurant next door consists of a number of restaurants including a sports bar with outdoor seating, a more upscale restaurant and an event center that seats over 500. This was a really pleasant experience”
“Our room had no ventilation, was covered in mold, was damp, dirty, and smelled musty for obvious reasons. Ceiling covered in mold, shower curtain moldy which shows it hasnt been changed in ages, even mold growing on furniture. Couldn't find remote which we later found under the bed but didn't retrieve because it was gross under there. Hair and toenail clippings all over that were not ours and were there at arrival. I've attached a lot of pictures and videos so that they couldn't dismiss this in the comments like they did with other reviews. I could care less about it being so dated if it weren't covered in mold. It didn't grow overnight so they are obviously aware and just dont care. Pay more and go somewhere nicer. I only stayed because I was at an event and didn't have options.”

“I stayed for one night. I found the staff very friendly and very cooperative. They offered me breakfast even though I left very early in the morning (5am). Special thanks Rhonda and Loree for the amazing hospitality.I paid online but they asked for $60 refundable deposit when I checked in which surprised me. I think owner should re-consider this policy.Furthermore, the hotel is very affordable with clean room and located just beside the Walmart.”
