“I am very happy to see a Dollar Tree open in Willoughby. Unlike some other Dollar Tree locations in the area, this store is pretty well stocked. I can find anything from frozen burritos to batteries. Check out service is consistent and everything I would expect.”

She said she is new to this job and I hope she stays she is great. I can't remember her name tho. I got a large bag of ice from the freezer outside, it was really big for only $4. I will be buying more since my ice maker at home stopped working.”

“Considering that the employees are not allowed to address people who come in and do not wear their masks or properly wear their masks it was a very nice store. It's a fortunate during the pandemic we still have ignorant people who are too dumb to believe that the virus can kill. The employees are great but it's a shame that their lives are being put at risk because they can't say anything to anyone wearing a mask incorrectly or not at all”

“I had a great experience at this location.After at looking several different locations to find exactly what I was looking forward to update a guest bathroom… I fell short.Once I arrived at this Dollar General, an amazing person by the name of Rose was extremely helpful and there to assist. Rose was extremely friendly, and quickly made the most of my time. Rose actually cared enough to really help me instead of just pointing me in a direction like other places. Highly recommended location. Great store. Great people can’t say enough good things.”

I have been into stores where the isles are a mess and you can’t find anything. The only reason I give them 4 out of 5 stars is because outside the store always has so much trash just laying around. “April was absolutely fantastic. Even with some extremely unpleasant customers and coworkers. She has always treated me with extreme friendly and professional behavior. With a long line of customers waiting to check out, 2 of her coworkers were playing on the other registers, possibly clocking out. One was on her cell phone utilizing the speaker, trying to deal with Doctor's appointments. I felt extremely sorry for April. She always tries to make customers feel like they matter. Even when they are rude or worse.”
