“Do you need storage space? Extra Space Storage in Fairport Harbor, OH is professionally setup. The facility is very clean and is setup with everything you need. There's carts to assist with your items, there's automatic doors, and a restroom on site. We rented two control air units with the assistance from the store manager, Savannah. Savannah made the process easy and stress free. She walked us through setting up the app on our cell phones for convenience and was very patient and extremely helpful. Excellent customer service. She also provided a tour and will show you the units before purchase. I can't say enough about Savannah's hands on customer service. Her skills and her friendly outgoing personality made our day.”

He is very knowledgeable, courteous; and professional. We are anticipating using it to enable us to address issues in the amount and items we are storing and do some home repairs as well. “I needed to store my travel trailer and after being left hanging by another storage provider found myself searching at the last minute. When I saw the ad posted by Storage Rentals of America, I submitted a no obligation rental application online (on a Saturday), and then received a phone call from a very friendly, helpful and no pressure gentleman named Pete who answered all my questions and suggested that I come out and make sure what was offered would work for me before submitting additional paperwork. I drove out on Monday morning and not only was the space perfect, Pete helped me maneuver my trailer into the space. The location is in a quiet area that is clean and nicely shielded from inquiring eyes. I’m really happy that my original arrangement fell through.”
