4708 Topps Industrial Parkway, Willoughby OH 44094
“We moved as a family of 5 from a big house with three floors where we had lived for 25 years to a small ranch home. LOTS to be done, and lots of things to move. We chose these folks as our movers and we're glad we did. From the beginning when they came in to list everything and make plans for moving specific stuff, to when they came with the truck, until when everything was off the truck in the new home, they were professional and wise. It didn't feel overwhelming. And they are affordable too.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Public Storage at this location! Tom, the property manager was exceptional! Super helpful, super understanding and very nice! The process of renting a unit is super simple as it is and with Tom’s help, it’s an even smoother process. I normally do not write reviews but this was so well deserved! thank you!”

“Shawn was more than helpful and went over and beyond helping me with my storage unit. He took time to explain the entire process and even went out of his way to explain the lock and how to properly use it. He helped me down load the app on my cell and how to enter code to open gate . He went over the process with me until I understood it thoroughly and was very patient and kind to me . Thank you ! Shawn”

“Excellent storage facility that I have continuously used for the last few years after my interstate move. My belonging have been kept secure and in excellent condition through several seasons here. Access is very secure, yet easy and accessible for clients. The staff is very communicative and friendly. Stephen and Jenna are both awesome and the prices are quite reasonable. Finally the location is great; in an easily accessible and nice area.I highly recommend this facility for anyone’s short or long term storage needs!”
