He also gave me a little tour of the spaces that were available. I really appreciate the great customer service I was given by Tom. Soo needless to say, I left there with a new storage unit. “The best part of this particular Extra Storage Space is Lance, the manager of the property! He's extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. Whenever I've had a question or concern, he's always helped me in whatever way he could. He takes his time with me too, so I don't feel rushed. I also really like having access to my locker from the outside. It's much more convenient than past storage I've had. I do not like the price increases, and do not feel they are reasonable. However, Lance helped me around this, which did help and once again, made me really appreciate Lance.”

“Moving Ahead Services is locally owned and NOT a broker. They load you up and drive to your new place and unload you, with clear communication along the way. The cost is reasonable and everyone who I have worked with from scheduling to loaders, to a driver, has been extremely kind and professional. They take great care of your belongings and were able to get us scheduled for a cross-country move in a super short time after being scammed. This is the only moving company to use in the Cleveland area. Highly recommend!”
