“Visiting the area for personal family reasons. The room would have been 4 stars but the TV had a defect, horizontal dead pixel line. The front door to the room was sticky making it almost impossible to close without slamming it. The handle to the front door was also a little tricky, had to push down quick with some force to open. Location is excellent but the turn in for the hotel after coming off the main road is a bit strange. No left turn lane? Front desk service was excellent. Felt sorry for them because there were parents not attending to their children, who were all over the place, running, making late night noises out by the fire place and hogging up the business center to play with the computer. Parents were just drinking at the bar at night while kids ran in and out, playing with the luggage carts or ignoring them in the morning during breakfast. I can see the frustration with the front desk ladies in the morning and night. Thank you for assisting me with printing some documents also when the business center was being terrorized hahaha.”

“Nice budget friendly hotel. Clean rooms and with excellent staff. Right off the freeway. Walmart is directly across the street for easy shopping. Offer bedroom suites with a separate sleeping area. Large bathrooms.
Rooms: Great value, especially for bedroom suites.
Nearby activities: Hotel is located in North OLMSTED. There is every store and restaurant you can think of.
Safety: Very safe city.
Walkability: Close to a while lot of businesses and restaurants.
Food and drinks: Close proximity to dozens of restaurants.”

“Came home for a family 'celebration of life.' Lots of feels about it, and a long trip from PHX. Hotel was clean, perfect location for us and comfy - not our first Aloft experience.
I travel frequently around the country and I have NEVER had such a wonderful, hospitable experience like that which Twila provided. Unreasonable Hospitality is the book du jour in the business world and she exemplified it. I felt like a guest in her own home and not just another customer. “What a great experience at Holiday Inn Express Cleveland Airport! We had to stay a night by Cleveland Airport and I was nervous. Everything was awesome from Rish checking us in, entering the clean, warm, & spacious room, and dinner at Bob Evan’s. Then a comfy bed and quiet, for 11 hours of sleep. Lisa served us a full breakfast with omelets, meats, biscuits & gravy, fresh coffee and fruit, & sooo much more. Then Karish kindly checked us out and confirmed our free shuttle ride to airport. Fresh coffee all day in lobby. We are so happy with our stay. ?”

“I had trouble checking in online so I drove up and a Donny got me booked quickly. Suites and Kings were the same price so I went ahead and booked the suite. Large spacious room. Nice area. “A nice place for people to stop when they're tired and need to get some sleep ? overnight.. good for travelers and visitors who are getting off the highway I need a rest stop ?!

Nearby activities: There's a McDonald's across the street there's an Arby's right next door..
Safety: It's right off of Pearl road near Whitney road in Strongsville next to Arby's...
Walkability: Well it's close enough to any restaurants you may need as far as McDonald's and Arby's and there's a gas station and Whitney beverage across the street from speedway gas station..
Food and drinks: There's McDonald's Arby's speedway gas station fast food and even Whitney beverage.. all within walking distance...”
“OMG this is a really cool hotel we stayed here for Morgan wallen and let me tell you this is one of the best motels I’ve stayed in they we’re so nice when I walked in they gave me so much pride and joy they offered free amenities for me being on. There best customers the other guest we’re so polite i even went to dinner with all of them they even offered me to live there and have a couple of drinks with them they work super me after I came back from the concert they even treated me like a king and my wife a princess. I will always come back the the comfort inn in independence Parma Ohio thank you Karen and max for hosting me.”

“My only complaints are no hot water during shower, and trash cans had no bags, and would like more variety in what is referred to as the “gift shop” it doesn’t seem at all like a gift shop.
The food was amazing I had dinner and breakfast during my stay
Beds were incredibly comfortable
Pillows and blanket were like a cloud ☁️
Enjoyed the fitness room.”

“The rooms were being remodeled. The people who bought it are fixing it up for improvements. They were accommodating, we only stayed a night as we were leaving from Cleveland Airport to go to Vegas. They used to get you keep your car there for free and offer shuttle service to airport, it was included in your night stay. Now it's $10 per night if you leave your car there. They didn't mention that in write up in Expedia, which bummed me out, but it is still cheaper than airport parking. All in all, it wasn't bad.”

What an asset, give this man a raise.
Rooms: clean room, but no microwave. apparently the owner bought the place from holiday inn and it had a microwave in every room, but as each one breaks, he wont replace them. theres a microwave in the lobby thats filthy and the timer nob doesnt move. so if you cook your food for 1 minute and walk off for 10, you'll come back to the microwave still running.
they also are really weird about bringing you toilet paper. tried to get a roll at 3am and was told it wasnt possible and told to steal one from the public bathroom.
I gave the place a 5 star because i wanted yall to know how awesome dewayne at the front desk is, but the other things i did wanna express.
Walkability: the middle elevator is broke, so its quite a walk from a middle of the hall room to the lobby
Food and drinks: breakfast always tastes old somehow. like, i got there at 7:12, 12 minutes after it was set out and it tasted so old and cold”

“My recent stay at the Comfort Inn was thoroughly enjoyable, largely due to the incredible staff who consistently go above and beyond for their guests. I was particularly impressed by the housekeeping team; I’d rate the cleanliness a solid 10 out of 10. Denny and Zion, in particular, do a wonderful job and clearly take pride in their work.
The service didn't stop there—Sherry and Sally at the Front Desk were outstanding. They were not only diligent and efficient but also incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. Finally, I want to commend the General Manager, Jit. He is very accommodating and ensures that any requests or issues are handled promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this location!”

“For a Motel 6, it was nice! The room was clean, the shower and toilet worked, and the A/C worked a little too well since it was very cold in the room. The 5 stars comes from when we thought my boyfriend left his wallet in the room and they allowed us to go back in to check. Turns out the wallet was at the restaurant where we ate breakfast, but I appreciate them letting us go back to check. Would stay here again!”

“I stayed here 4 nights around 1/15/2026-1/19/2026. The room was really good. The bed is comfortable and some of the HBO television was good. My keycard kept not getting the door to unlock and that made smoking outside a little bit bothersome, if the keycard didn't work after smoking, and I had to go to the front desk. The gas station is a 2 minute walk.”

“Room was a standard two queens, overlooking the courtyard. Had a mini fridge. Was somewhat concerned from the previous reviews that I read, but we had plenty of hot water, pool and restaurant was open. Food was good and plenty for the price. Utilized the courtyard to take pictures of the eclipse. Only real issue we saw was that the building could use some maintenance, a piping leak in the hallway had the carpet soaked.”

“Very nice guy working at the front desk during 2nd shift allowed me to have his spare phone charger. My best friends wouldn't even do that. I wish I had gotten his name, though it's not hard to tell who he is since he is the only one who speaks kindly to you and is younger and friendly. Oh- and he also gave me a bag of his own popcorn. Such a kind and professional young man. As someone who has worked within the industry a time or two, I can confidently say that he definitely has what it takes to be a customer service professional- and not very many do. Thank you so much for making our trip that much better. We will return and recommend The Days Inn by Wyndham in Lakewood. It's the small things.. ? hope you get a promotion someday- you absolutely deserve it.”
