“I have worked several times now with Christina, Fernando and Michael on different projects. They are always upbeat, creative, responsive and professional. And the work they do is phenomenal! I have had them design work shirts for our field crew and they turned out great. They recently upgraded their embroidery machine and I'm trying to figure out which of my shirts I want embroidered first! But they do more than work uniforms. They also provide exceptional and USEFUL table covers, signage, marketing pieces, employee gifts, etc. And now they have an eastside location as well! If you need any of these items, give them a call. You won't be disappointed!”

“Everything today is either picked up and Bought and already included shipping.UPS store is good for a residential package or a last minute rush to a customer. Packaging is very expensive but that is the nature of the service. I found my experience was prompt and courteous. I always enjoy a suggestion about how I can do things better or a did you know fact! I have been in sales a longgg time and today we can’t assume anything because we don’t know everything.”

“I recently used Staples for printing postcard Christmas. Greetings. I used the one on 117th and Berea road in Cleveland. I have had a number of jobs done at this location over the past 10 to 15 years. This printing department has never been a disappointment. I've had multiple jobs completed including an 8 and 1/2 by 11 book I produced that was spiral bound with lots of photographs and documents from my parents. Time in the military. Approximately 40 books were completed to be distributed to my family members as keepsakes. Lifelong treasures for sure! The staff at this location is always helpful and efficient. I have never been disappointed with the print quality or the service I received. Staples will continue to be my go-to for printing needs”

“I can’t say enough great things about this UPS Store (Fairview Park on Lorain Road)! There’s a newspaper trend going around where people use personalized designs in photoshoots for birthdays, anniversaries, or big announcements. I wanted to do something special for my 30th birthday photoshoot in Brazil—but I didn’t just want a front and back like most people. I designed a full “newspaper” with a custom front and back, plus two “inside” pages as a heartfelt thank you to my family.
I came to this store hoping they could bring my vision to life, and they exceeded every expectation. I explained what I needed and why it was important to me, and they jumped right in to help. They walked me through everything—from helping me choose matte over gloss to avoid camera glare, to printing on durable material that could survive my suitcase. It came out exactly how I envisioned, folded perfectly like a real newspaper, and all for under $20!
I’ve been to this location before for passport photos, shipping, and more, and the service is always top tier. But this time they helped turn a dream into reality.
