“As a first-time customer of Master Printing, I am overjoyed with the outstanding job they did for my local Boy Scout troop. I needed two large banners made for upcoming community parades (6 feet long, and 8 feet long). I provided the graphic image files. Both Patty, the customer service rep who greeted me at the front desk, and Jessica, the manager and graphic designer, were both extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. They made sure the enlarged, full-scale banners would look good and not be overly pixelated upon scale-up. Jessica added a requested border to the image I provided. The price was reasonable and the banners were ready for pickup within a week. They look awesome and are of high quality, including a sewn-in pole slot along the top, and grommets around the perimeter. I highly recommend Master Printing!”

“I recently used Staples for printing postcard Christmas. Greetings. I used the one on 117th and Berea road in Cleveland. I have had a number of jobs done at this location over the past 10 to 15 years. This printing department has never been a disappointment. I've had multiple jobs completed including an 8 and 1/2 by 11 book I produced that was spiral bound with lots of photographs and documents from my parents. Time in the military. Approximately 40 books were completed to be distributed to my family members as keepsakes. Lifelong treasures for sure! The staff at this location is always helpful and efficient. I have never been disappointed with the print quality or the service I received. Staples will continue to be my go-to for printing needs”
“I have been using this UPS location now for over 10 years. They deal with an incredibly high volume of packages, many of them Amazon returns, as most of my visits are!
The staff is well-trained, friendly and very efficient. I feel they do a tremendous job. fir what is likely low pay, and often in a very busy environment. They ROCK!!
What can slow them down is if customers come in with unprepared Amazon returns and are fumbling through bags trying to figure out which product goes with which return. The staff stays patient and kind, but unfortunately, it is an inconvenience to the other customers in line, so everyone, please organize your returns BEFORE you come in!
Also keep in mind parking can be tricky sometimes at this location. There are 6-8 spots out front that are specifically indicated as parking for 30 mins or less, so one can almost ALWAYS find a spot there. If you have a truly heavy box and need to pull up to the curb, please have the courtesy to your fellow customers to drop off the box, put it inside the store quickly, then PARK your car and return to the store. Please do NOT leave your car out front in the fire lane for safety reasons. You can take the extra 5 minutes out of your day for that common courtesy.
PS - I've also used this location because I had to fax something (I was shocked people still do that!) and they were great with that process & affordable.”

“I usually use Office Max across the street for printing but time after time it is just a struggle to get what I need. On my last visit the printing desk was closed (understaffed), and 2 of the 3 self-serve printers were out of order. They suggested FedEx.
I found the manager at the Rocky River FedEx to be an absolute ray of sunshine; extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and got me squared away and out the door in minutes. I was stunned at how quickly my printing was done and with zero aggravation. Very happy I ended up there!”
“This store has helpful and friendly staff and is a quick in and out. The shipping supplies aren’t as cheap as what you can find on Amazon but if you are out of supplies, the prices are fair enough to grab something to get by.
The carts close to the door are a nice touch on days where I have too much to carry at at once. The carts save multiple trips when Ohio winters are doing the Ohio winter thing.”
