George was great about explaining issues, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and went above and beyond to not only ensure that my car was safe to drive, but also that my expectations were met and so was the value of my dollar. Watching him interact with other customers and his techs solidified for me that this was a shop I could feel comfortable bringing my car to. As a woman, that's a really big deal. IYKYK. I stopped by after booking an appointment, arriving 15 minutes early.
I will say—if you plan to wait for your car, be prepared for a longer wait period even with an appointment ??. But honestly, I’m very happy with the service. I came in for an oil change before a 30+ hour road trip ?️, and it came WITH a tire rotation and inspection, which gave me peace of mind. ✅?
I’ve only ever heard good things about this company, and now I can say I’m glad I came. I’ll definitely return in the future for help with things I can’t do myself. ?✨

“Almost 10 years now and I’ve never gone anywhere else!!! As a rideshare driver I go through A LOT of tires, (and I pick up so many nails along the way) and I depend on Tire Discount Depot to have the tires I’m looking for, or can get them usually same day. Buddha used his network of shops to get me a hard to find set of tires for some new rims in time for a road trip. For quick plugs or service, and new or used tires, you won’t find a better price! “well priced compared to other shops in the area besides the Walmart car center, but nobody should go there anyways.
my only complaint is; I brought a car in at a scheduled time but was told that my car would sit until next available mechanic so scheduling is a bit vague, don't expect to get your car in, done and out in an hour, expect to drop it off and have to go pick it up.
Not a major complaint though, good service, good staff.
Wheels were torqued to spec mostly, one lug nut was a bit under torqued”

“I love going to this particular Mr. Tire location. I've been going there for years. The entire staff are really good at what they do. They let you know what the problem is with your vehicle and they explain everything to you so that you understand it. They are very efficient and they are always more reasonable than other shops when it comes to pricing. I love the fact that they make you feel warm and welcome. Sometimes my vehicle repairs are complete and I'll still be there watching TV. They also have very interesting shows on and I often get caught up in them and the Staff doesn't mind that I'm still there watching the TV. Lol! I just love the Guys over there! Go check them out!”

I love this little spot — been coming here for years and they never miss. Sam is just as pleasant and helpful as ever (pretty sure he’s part human, part good vibes).
Quick service, friendly crew, and zero stress while you wait — they somehow make “tire day” feel chill. Four new tires later and I’m back on the road, rolling smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy.

So I would say my first experience is great with north Olmsted facility. Thanks again for wonderful service!!”
“If you want to sit in a waiting room while someone clacks your email and phone number into a computer go elsewhere. If you want a screw removed from your tire and patched in literally 3 minutes for $20 while you stay in the car, go here.
Edit 3 months later the patch is still holding no issues whatsoever.”

“Mr. Tire at 16420 Lorain Ave. Great Service. 11:30am. My Tacoma had a piece of metal stuck between the treads. Needed a simple tire patch/plug. Two other tire shops Refused my business. Conrads at 14577 Lorain Ave. said it would be at least 4 hours before service. Would not even entertain installing my full-size spare. Firestone at 21210 Center Ridge Rd. would not have time all day and would not entertain installing my full-size spare.
Rolled in to Mr. Tire at 16420 Lorain Ave. Took me in immediately. Had me in and out in 40 minutes. The three young men working the shop, clearly enjoying their work, were pleasant and eager to work.
Great attitude, great service, I left a healthy tip.

“Woke with a flat tire on my car parked in my garage. After calling around the area and told at one place I’d have to wait three days to get an appointment, I called Mr. Tire in Strongsville. They were able to get me in immediately and after an hour, my tire was repaired and I was on my way. Dan was in extremely helpful and friendly and true to his word, it took less than an hour, even though he had other cars being worked on.
