“I don't usually post reviews but I just had to for this visit. After being at several places trying to activate my phone/transfer my current number to a new iPhone, I ended up at AT & T. Gabby handled all my concerns, made many calls on my behalf, and straightened out my SIM card dilemma. I left the store absolutely on top of the world!! I had my new phone activated and my old number restored!! I cannot thank Gabby enough for her patience and perseverance! Five stars are not enough to give her for her service and knowledge!!”
“I initially went to the Verizon store on the East side of town because I noticed an extra line on my account 3 months ago. I was told it was nothing and would eventually fall off. I was very close to going to a different provider but decided to try to go to this location. I'm so glad I did! Not only were they able to sort out my account but they treated me like a person, not just a way to make $$$$$! I will NEVER go back to the other location. This is were I will be going from now on!”

“I've been to a bunch of Best Buy stores in different states but this location in Findlay Ohio was the friendliest in my opinion! We went there while camping at Huggy Bear in August, to buy a Starlink Satellite which was half price at Best Buy! The clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted at the door by another friendly face. Awesome experience!”
“I have to give Credit where Credit is Due to the T Mobile Team here in Findlay, OH. They were so so helpful to Me and my Husband as they helped out get out of a bad situation we were in with a different mobile company with devices that didn't work well at all. They went out of their way for us to help us as much as they could. The service was Awesome that we received and they did everything that had to be Done to get us out of our old devices and into New Ones. I will most definitely be recommending people I know to the T Mobile Team here in Findlay and I will be definitely going back to them when I need them. Thanks again T Mobile for taking care of us. “Most of the people here are kind and helpful. One worker however I have witnessed on several occasions be rude to customers and talk down to them. Today I witnessed this worker say something rude to the female manager that my wife and I were not happy with seeing this type of behavior from. Aside from him this place is an A++ Spectrum Store. I highly recommend.”
