“John and Isaac managed to get my minivan in and finished (pads and rotors) same day when I came in at 2 pm on a busy day. My wife needed the vehicle the next day.
When the A/C fans stopped working (still same day) I took it back and Isaac stayed open late to help me diagnose the problem (blower motor) and get it working again at least temporarily which was good enough. He showed me how to get it working if it stopped again as well.
John was excellent and Isaac was outstanding.
