“John and Isaac managed to get my minivan in and finished (pads and rotors) same day when I came in at 2 pm on a busy day. My wife needed the vehicle the next day. When the A/C fans stopped working (still same day) I took it back and Isaac stayed open late to help me diagnose the problem (blower motor) and get it working again at least temporarily which was good enough. He showed me how to get it working if it stopped again as well. John was excellent and Isaac was outstanding. I would go here again.”

“I need CORPORATE & HR to understand just how VALUABLE this group of men are at this location. They literally SAVED MY LIFE a few months ago. I had a nail in my tire & was about to get on the road to go out of town! I was so grateful that upon my return, I bought them pizza & cookies from Graters across the street. Then today they BLESSED me again. I'm fighting for my worker's comp, savings gone & was literally suicidal a few weeks ago. They gave me HOPE today. I felt like God had forgotten about me. I was a teacher & I have to get a full knee replacement soon. I'm fighting for 60% of the income I made. I'm a college graduate w/no children & many places won't help b/c I don't have kids. I literally needed a SIGN FROM GOD that I was not forgotten. Well, Cameron, Timothy & the others blessed me in a way that's not only spiritual but life preserving! I always pray for them & their families. Discount Tire is lucky to have THEM & so are us CUSTOMERS! God bless you all. I hope they get a BONUS SOON!!”

“Went in for suspension noises to get a second opinion. They shuttled me to and from work, diagnosed the issue and its roots, proposed a fair quote, provided me with a loaner vehicle and got my car back in great shape by the end of the following day. I interacted with 4 or more employees throughout the process and was treated respectfully and professionally each time. Highly recommend Donovan’s.”

“Thankful I found this business. Car stopped running on the interstate, had it towed to them though I'd never been there. Next day they notified me about why my SUV stopped running. I was out of gas! In my defense, my gas gauge doesn't work and I miscalculated my normally reliable method of keeping track of mileage. Perfect opportunity for an unscrupulous business to take advantage of me, they didn't but did diagnose an issue that did need addressed. I had them fix that within a few weeks, and also I had them check noise/brakes on my other SUV and was advised I needed rotors, pads, and one caliper on rear brakes. Had that done also. Throughout the process I was kept in the loop with explanation of what should be done and why, and given a price that included everything including tax. Extremely happy with the work, price, and staff that I dealt with. I've already recommended them as knowledgeable and trustworthy to family and friends.”

“This place was super nice and help us with a new tire. We got a flat going down the highway.. and not one person would help us. So then we come to Jim’s. They found us a tire, that would help us get to where we need to go! And the staff was so understanding and very nice. 😊 Jim knows how to run his shop! We will definitely be back for more services!!! Thanks to everyone that help me and my family today”

“Highly recommend Cobb's Car Care Center. They replaced the clutch on our 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and were excellent from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue and walked us through exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. Clearly very knowledgeable. When one of the aftermarket clutch parts turned out to be defective (through no fault of theirs), they fixed it fast at no charge and even reimbursed us for the tow to their shop. They kept us informed at every step, and their pricing was significantly lower than the Subaru dealership's service center. A few days after we got the car back, the owner personally called to make sure everything was running well. That kind of follow-up is rare. We'd absolutely come back for any future car care.”

“Called and was there 20 minutes later and about 20 minutes after arriving the steer tires were installed and I was back on the road. Would highly recommend. I'll update once I drive a couple hundred miles on the tires. But, as far as service top notch. Update: I've been driving on the tires for two months or so now and they are a very good set of steer tires. Will definitely be going back for all my tire needs.”

“Auto Arena is the best place to buy a car! Stew, Adam, and Jerry are very professional. They go the extra mile to help you get into a vechicle. Every where else I've tried were not friendly, respectuful, and just didn't care. I would recommend Auto Arena to my friends and family.”

“I followed the previous vehicle owner repair shop estimate. As a first time customer, I was impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the office staff. With the repair involving the weekend, I was offered a loaner car until the repair was completed on Monday. This courtesy was not expected and was very much appreciated.”

“I told him the wrong side/ tire at first, and he didn't get mad at all. Laughed with me. Very polite. And quick, despite jacking up the wrong end of the car at first since I don't know my left from right apparently. Patched my tire for $20 flat, had a drill bit stuck in it. Aaa wanted almost $30 and didn't have an appointment for 4 days so I'll take it as a win. Thank you!”

He helped me without hesitation and I was back on the road within 10 minutes. Super nice guy I’m very helpful. He says he is opening up a transmission shop on Sims Road and I would support that if you ever needed it.”
