“Super Rad! Pretty neat selection. I'd say 60/40 casual wear (hoodies, t-shirts)/"dressed up" gothic (dresses, corsets, blouses). I was pleasantly surprised with their sizes as I'm mid-size (18 pants, XXL/XXXL shirts + dresses) and they had a lot of stuff in my size!For larger sizes the selection seemed okay, I believe they mentioned expecting more plus size corsets in the coming months.Personally I believe that nothing was too expensive, definitely cheaper than places like hot topic, torrid, killstar, etc. which is relieving to see.The only negatives I'd say were that there weren't as much dress-ier/romantic options as I would have liked, but for some quick, everyday staples it's great.Also for those w/ sensory sensitivities there is an incense-y smell here as well as the sister store. I actually really like the smell of incense, but it may bother those who don't.However the reason I rated 5 stars:1. ACCESSORIES GALORE. Super cute jewelry, bags, harnesses, etc.2. Super friendly staff! I have pretty bad social anxiety and they were so chill and helpful. It was my first time purchasing a corset and they talked me through it, reassured me, and just generally made me feel a lot more comfortable. As someone who is midsize shopping for something like a corset can be kind of scary, but I sensed no judgement AT ALL. For example, I love corsets style-wise but didn't really want too much cinching. The staff checked with my comfort level multiple times AND super casually got me a larger size. I usually dread trying stuff on because of that reason, but they were so nice and encouraging!!Overall: reasonably priced, mostly casual gothic/witchy items, really cute stuff, great service. I am defo planning on returning :)”

The quality of the garments is exceptional, rivaling high-end designer brands.They have the best Italian made I've seen here in Cincinnati. The customer service was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. But what truly impressed me was the vast and diverse selection, catering to various styles and preferences. “I was in the store on the 14th and bought my son's suit for prom. I am so glad that I came here, because the color suit he wanted was 100.00 less than the 1st place to which we had gone. I was able to get a suit, shirt, bow tie accessories and cuff links and alterations for less than the price of the suit at the 1st place. Les and Betty were so friendly and helpful.
I returned to the store on the 25th to pick up his suit after alterations and Jeanette rang us out. She was pleasant and helpful as well.”

“Love the Orvis shop and the guys who work there. I've gone in a few times, and i always lose track of time. When I bought my rod, there was no pressure. In fact, I tried quite a few different ones in different price ranges, and I got help with my casting. I recently took the 101 class and can't wait to take 201. Manuel and Tom were really supportive and encouraging. As someone who has been out floating and wading with guides, I walked away from this experience learning more than I had on those trips. They also seemed genuinely excited to share tips and give advice. I highly recommend the class, even if you're just stepping into fly fishing! You can stay afterward and test out some rods, and take advantage of the extra deals!”

“I found exactly what I needed. Hiking pants with a snap close side pocket that holds my phone. I didn't check for secure closure on my previously purchased pants and was always a bit concerned that my phone would fall out on a hike. Always high quality and you get what you pay for so spend a few extra dollars for a long lasting product.”

“Nnnhh ice little place. New management. Yo uh can tell they are really trying to make it a better place. All workers were working or helping managers. The front cashier young women was very nice, we did forget to take a security tag thing off which found out today when daughter put outfit on lol. But I'll go back and get it fixed. She was new there I over heard her and the boss talking so that's how iij knew she was new. But again it was a good experience. Also I've looked at 2 or 3 other family dollars for the reading glasses that I want, and this place actually had them i was so excited. So I'll be coming back for sure”
