“Super Rad! Pretty neat selection. I'd say 60/40 casual wear (hoodies, t-shirts)/"dressed up" gothic (dresses, corsets, blouses). I was pleasantly surprised with their sizes as I'm mid-size (18 pants, XXL/XXXL shirts + dresses) and they had a lot of stuff in my size!For larger sizes the selection seemed okay, I believe they mentioned expecting more plus size corsets in the coming months.Personally I believe that nothing was too expensive, definitely cheaper than places like hot topic, torrid, killstar, etc. which is relieving to see.The only negatives I'd say were that there weren't as much dress-ier/romantic options as I would have liked, but for some quick, everyday staples it's great.Also for those w/ sensory sensitivities there is an incense-y smell here as well as the sister store. I actually really like the smell of incense, but it may bother those who don't.However the reason I rated 5 stars:1. ACCESSORIES GALORE. Super cute jewelry, bags, harnesses, etc.2. Super friendly staff! I have pretty bad social anxiety and they were so chill and helpful. It was my first time purchasing a corset and they talked me through it, reassured me, and just generally made me feel a lot more comfortable. As someone who is midsize shopping for something like a corset can be kind of scary, but I sensed no judgement AT ALL. For example, I love corsets style-wise but didn't really want too much cinching. The staff checked with my comfort level multiple times AND super casually got me a larger size. I usually dread trying stuff on because of that reason, but they were so nice and encouraging!!Overall: reasonably priced, mostly casual gothic/witchy items, really cute stuff, great service. I am defo planning on returning :)”

He has sensory issues so the tightness of a bodysuit like the costumes sold just wouldn’t work for him. I found a shirt on Hot Topic’s website so I called our local store to see if it was in stock to pick up. Zane from Liberty Center in Liberty Twp, OH was absolutely amazing! Their store did not have it in the right size, but instead of directing me to call, he took it upon himself to call 2 other local stores and found it! “I was visiting family and took my daughter to Kenwood mall to go shopping. I saw The Buckle and got excited, because I haven't been to one in 20 years. I moved to a state where they are not around. We went in and Meg was there to help. I haven't been able to find a good pair of jeans that fit me, without wearing a belt, for the past 15 years. So I knew exactly what I was looking for. I quickly gave her my specs, she asked me some more detailed questions, and started pulling different types of jeans for me. Everything she pulled was right on point! I ended up buying 2 pairs of jeans. My husband came in and she gave him the same attention. He is really picky when it comes to the way his clothes fit, so he didn't like any of the jeans she pulled. But after talking with him again, she pulled one last pair and he loved them! I don't think I have ever experienced customer service like this before in a clothing store. Meg was not pushy at all. She listened to what we wanted, even offered some extra top choices for my daughter. I wish I lived closer, because I would start buying my clothes from her at The Buckle. She was very thorough and absolutely amazing. I hope that The Buckle Corporation sees this and gives her a promotion and/or a pay raise. She is the epitome of what a Buckle representative should be. The front cashier young women was very nice, we did forget to take a security tag thing off which found out today when daughter put outfit on lol. But I'll go back and get it fixed. She was new there I over heard her and the boss talking so that's how iij knew she was new. But again it was a good experience. Also I've looked at 2 or 3 other family dollars for the reading glasses that I want, and this place actually had them i was so excited. So I'll be coming back for sure”
