“I've seen a lot of negative reviews, and now i'm kind of nervous, but i'm gonna share my first experience with you. So i'm new to huntington bank and I had an issue where I thought my account was compromised. I called the bank. They told me to come in to the branch as soon as possible. I left work, went straight to the branch, walked in, walked straight up to a teller, she took care of everything and resolved my issue. Not once was she rude, she smiled. She was polite, and she did her job, and she made me feel like I mattered. I wanna say her name was marie. All I know, is she had a beautiful tattoo on her right forearm. I believe it was of a flower. Anyway, hopefully I won't have any issues with this bank and maybe somebody else has had a good experience. They would want to share.”
