As I seem to question her what she was doing, she continued her work. What I didn't know she was probably doing the proper procedure. I had only completed one other of these checks. Are usually do Comm Datta. I have a big trucking company. I had a heck of a three day period of time visiting back in the area where I really live I guess thanks you Guys they are the greates Babysitters LOLI think her after I got my deposit slip and walked outside. I felt the need to walk back in so I can get the spelling of her name and complement her after what she did. I appreciate her. You guys have a good day and appreciate your help. This branch is great .”

“My family has always received excellent service, especially from Craig and Deb, and the other staff here. Craig actually came out to our home to assist with signing some documents when my Mom was on hospice care, and couldn't get out of bed. We are always greeted warmly and treated like friends when we visit this branch!”

Upon approaching the next available teller, I was greeted and assisted by the most pleasant “seasoned” individual (Helen). Attentive, friendly, personable, this teller spread a positivity felt through her soft voice, light humming, and her very kind words as my business was finished, and I turned to depart. After catching her positive vibe, I left this bank actually smiling and thinking this is the bank I need to use for future transactions.”
“You really can't beat Wright Patt Credit Union. This is the best financial institution I have ever used. Super easy to get in and out with the answers I need each time. Very quick with all my loan approvals. Quick with getting my checks processed. The ONLY complaint I have in General is there is not one even close to the Maineville-Lebanon Area. And the ONLY Complaint I have about this location specifically is the video tellers. Im old school and prefer an actual human in front of me helping me out.”

“I did not like the previous manager Scott, he was rude on many occasions and just was not involved with the branch, however the new manager Sam has been nothing but great! The tellers and the bankers are all very helpful, overall wonderful branch!”
