“Definitely a pleasant experience. Large parking area. Because this establishment isn’t smothered by other businesses being near it, the overall location is greatly appreciated.
Upon approaching the next available teller, I was greeted and assisted by the most pleasant “seasoned” individual (Helen). Attentive, friendly, personable, this teller spread a positivity felt through her soft voice, light humming, and her very kind words as my business was finished, and I turned to depart. After catching her positive vibe, I left this bank actually smiling and thinking this is the bank I need to use for future transactions.”
“You really can't beat Wright Patt Credit Union. This is the best financial institution I have ever used. Super easy to get in and out with the answers I need each time. Very quick with all my loan approvals. Quick with getting my checks processed. The ONLY complaint I have in General is there is not one even close to the Maineville-Lebanon Area. And the ONLY Complaint I have about this location specifically is the video tellers. Im old school and prefer an actual human in front of me helping me out.”
