Yesterday (8-21-2025) I visited the paint department and the 2 women working were so friendly and were able to color match a tiny little paint sample from paint that is 5 years old. It was a PERFECT match. The customer service desk allowed me to return tinted paint, that I chose, without a receipt, for store credit. Seriously. Unbelievably amazing customer service!”

Workers was friendly and professional. Also was very happy with the price. They could have taken advantage of me on the price because I'm not a contractor but they didn't. Hank said bring your end table lamps in and I will take a look at it with you...that he did and fixed both of the light switches in 10 minutes. Most young employees have zero customer service skills...Hank Burt had 10+ savvy customer service skills. He is going off to OU college soon and I wish him the very best.
