From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and several team members offered assistance without me even having to ask. They were knowledgeable about the tools I was looking for and even gave me tips on finding the best deals in the store. It's clear they care about providing great customer service. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality tools and excellent service!”

“Customer service here is great. Everyone was friendly and helpful if I could give the whole store a good performance review that included every associate I interacted with in my Lowe’s experience today, I would, but I don’t know everyone’s name.
My journey started at the paint desk where the associate there helped with a completely different item out of their section of the store. Then I ran into another associate and he went around with me and helped me find the LR44 battery for my digi therm. He was very polite and helpful.”
