“The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of technical problems that Destinee was having with the store's equipment when signing up. Clearly, this was no fault of her own, but the fault of the iPad, or the store's service provider (Spectrum).
This made for a very long session, but we all got along great.
She was very straightforward and knowledgeable.
Kudos to Destinee!!”

“After seven attempts to correct overbilling issues with Verizon, my three adult kids told their mom and I to move to T-Mobile.
We chose the Fremont location near us. Our tech, Nolan, was wonderful. He patiently slogged through Verizon's shenanigans over the phone (over an hour) so we could divorce them forever and keep our phone number.
Nolan took very good care of us and addressed all of our concerns.
