My check engine light was on and he checked it and gave me a printout, which was amazing because the last time I had to do that I was given a code and told to look it up. He also checked my oil, helped me buy what I needed, let me use a funnel, and made sure the cap was on and I was good to go. I want him to know how much I appreciated him and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.”
“It's been awhile since I've been in batteries Plus on North High Street in Columbus, Ohio. They have chains the format in the store. It looks very nice. Updated and modern. The customer service is outstanding. They approach you when you come in the store. They don't leave you looking for things. They ask you if you need help with anything. And I ended up getting two battery replacements that are lifetime in their Nationwide in any batteries. Plus if I move and I thought that was a good deal to have a lifetime battery for your for your key fobs, and they don't just have batteries. They sell a lot more than just batteries – think laptops, phones, and other electronics! They also carry car batteries, marine batteries, and more. Definitely recommend checking them out!”

Autozone wouldn't take my used oil in a 20 quart container because the main cap wasn't on in the pan. The pour cap was on. You remove the pour cap and it dumps out fine.

“I had a busted head light 2 hours away from home. Brian sold me my headlight and told me what make I should get. I go to replace it in the parking lot and I couldn’t get it to work. Brian saw me struggling and came out in the 20°F cold in a short sleeve uniform and changed my bulb for free. Truly think Brian should get a pay increase or at least some type of reward for how helpful he was in assisting me. I hope in the least he is blessed by God for helping this pilgrim.”

“The Gahanna/Morse Rd store is great! I purchased my battery online. The $20 online discount made it about $40 cheaper than a similar battery at the competitor nearest me. I arrived 10-15 minutes before my 2pm appointment and was in the car on the way home by 2pm! I took a look under the hood after I got home and it was all buttoned up nice and neat. I will definitely repeat the next time I need a battery.”
