“Back on December 2 I was involved in an accident where a guy went through a stop sign and basically sideswiped my jeep. I work for an AutoZone in my area and we work with fine line delivering parts in what not to them immediately I knew where I needed to go and Bill in the staff at fine line took incredible care of me. They were able to get me into a rental, they were able to make sure that I was taken care of. Communication was fantastic from the get… I would highly recommend fine line to anybody that’s been into an accident and needs to get some major body work Done. “I arrived for my appointment and was greeted with smiling faces and I told them I was super early, I was prepared to wait for a while and to my surprise my name was called and said your already to go…the lady said she didn’t want me to wait for a while being I was there for oil change and safety inspection. Being from WV safety inspection are required and I know that they can take some time, I was very pleased with my first experience with the service department.”
“Genuinely shocked (in the best way) at how good the prices were and the quality of the parts. Got a complete front grill assembly with the Honda emblem (that looks brand new) and 4 pieces of front bumper mounting hardware for $140 that would’ve cost me at least $250+ even on Rock Auto. Was in an out in less than an hour too. 100% will be coming here for any body parts I need in the future. Automax, please never stop being an amazing salvage parts store. Would put 6 stars if I could.”

You can probably find some slightly cheaper places around for some of the work, but there are almost always coupons available here, and they really do very quality work. I spent a long time looking for where to take my car as the places Statefarm recommended didn’t have good reviews !!! Columbus is full of shady slimy car companies but that is the opposite of Radar Collision. They are one of a kind with top level service and care. They may be booked out a little bit but the wait is WELL worth it to know you got your car back exactly how it’s supposed to be. No mistakes. No mishaps. A perfect good as new car. And they do it time and time again!! You will not find anywhere better. The personalized care is exceptional, the thoughtfulness and professionalism are unparalleled. And most importantly it’s work done right by good people that aren’t trying to scam you. They look out for you and your vehicle. This is a great business and there’s a reason there’s a bit of a wait … it’s good work!!!!!!!!!! Good things require patience, and making my 2017 smashed Subaru crosstrek look good as new?????? That’s the dream. After I got work done there people think my car is new. It’s 9 years old!!! And the work they do is so spic and span and fresh it looks like a 2025/2026 car!!
Not only that I had smaller issues with a mirror I broke on my parents car and they have been incredible at helping me with that. I run a pet sitting company (Wags and Kisses Pet Care) and have a recommendation page for local services. It’s typically other pet services I recommend like local trainers but Radar Collision is good enough I need to add them to the list. Everyone in Columbus should know about them— it’s the best kept secret”

“The BEST customer service ever!! I've been in this location several times over the last few years and each time THE LADIES are super helpful, super knowledgeable & willing to help! They've popped in headlights & a new car battery right there in the parking lot. I had the wrong replacement bulb for my headlights. I got a friendly tutorial on the difference between high beam bulbs and low beam bulbs... AND I REPLACED THEM BOTH ON MY OWN! Woo hoooo!”
