“Gary is beyond helpful and goes above and beyond for repairs! I brought my bike in to replace the back tire and had already purchased a tire and Gary let me know I had ordered the wrong size and was quick to trade out and do an even swap with me. I ended up paying for labor and he went out of his way to fix my kick stand as well! Gary was very sweet and told me some great stories of his family while he repaired my bike.”

“Always the best personal service and advice. Mike, Luke, and Jack really know their stuff and stock quality parts and bikes. Their service is not only top-notch but educational. You get good advice from a family owned business that knows the area, knows the business, and knows the sport. It’s my go-to. AND they have great prices for their work and products tailored toward my needs. Highly recommended.”

“I haven’t gone cycling in almost 8+ years and decided to get back into it. I looked up nearby bike shops and found Trek. I went in and spoke with Ryan to see which bike best fits me. I also spoke with Patrick about equipment and essentials that I’ll need. I ended up getting the FX 3 Sport and I was super happy to take it home and take it for a ride, and the ride was amazing. Service is excellent and I can tell their products are also quality. I’ll definitely continue being a customer here at Trek, highly recommended!”

“I stopped to have the brakes adjusted on my ebike. They were not too busy at the time, and immediately worked on truing up my rotors and adjusting the brake units. I was done within 30 minutes and they charged a fair price. What more could you ask for.”

“Top notch shop for many reasons. I am not new to visiting bike shops, but when I got back into cycling this year I questioned why I hadn’t started buying from them years ago. They keep it simple, and only get as technical as you need. If the particular person you are talking to doesn’t know, they happily bring out a local expert in whatever style of riding you are interested in. I updated a few outdated bikes with them this year and every visit was refreshingly pleasant. There was always someone passionate to talk about riding in different styles to me or any other customer that walked in. This is a shop that cares about riding and you can tell they ride a lot. But they weren’t pushy about anything. Sometimes they have been a little busy but I take that as a sign that people know this is the shop to come to. Every order came in on time and as expected, but most of the products I wanted were already stocked in store. Highly recommend, you can tell this is a local staple for the cycling community.”

“I had a tire tube that needed replaced and was able to get it taken care of right away by a very nice staff member. He stopped what he was doing to work on my tire and it was done in a quick and efficient time. I had to go back again to get my other tire checked and pick up some tire hardware, and he was very helpful then as well. Definitely recommend this shop for your bike needs!”
